Do you ship spare parts worldwide?
Yes. We ship from our Foshan factory to buyers worldwide by DHL/FedEx express or by sea freight to your nearest port. India is a key market: listed prices for priced spare parts already include sea freight to Nhava Sheva or Mundra.
Which Incoterms do you offer?
FOB China, CIF your port, or DAP your address (express). Tell us your country and port and we quote freight with the order.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer (T/T) in USD. Other payment methods are available on request.
What are the lead times?
Stocked spare parts usually ship within 3–7 working days after payment. Machines and custom parts are typically 15–30 days. Express delivery takes about 3–7 days; sea freight about 2–6 weeks depending on the port.
How do I make sure a part fits my machine?
Use the Parts by model page, then send us your machine model and a photo of the nameplate. We confirm compatibility before you pay.
Is there a warranty?
Warranty terms for machines and spare parts are available on request and stated on your quotation.
Why do some products show "Price on request"?
Machines and some parts are configured to your material, capacity and voltage. Send the cart via WhatsApp or email and we reply with a USD quotation, usually within 24 hours.
Can you test my material before I buy?
Yes. Send a 5–10 kg sample; we run a free magnetic separation test and send a report.
How are parts packed?
Spare parts and machines are packed in sturdy export wooden boxes.
